Description

NebenkostenPro is a German web app for the annual utility cost statement (Nebenkostenabrechnung / Betriebskostenabrechnung). Tenants upload their statement as a PDF or photo. AI reads every position and checks it against the German Operating Costs Ordinance (BetrKV) and Heating Costs Ordinance, then shows which items look unusual, which costs may not be passed on and when the objection deadline ends. The preview is free. Landlords and property managers upload their receipts, choose the allocation keys and get a finished statement as a PDF. The site also offers free data on utility costs in 400 German cities, property tax rates of all municipalities and a free MCP server for AI assistants.
